Who pays for shipping?

Shipping is calculated during the checkout process and is paid for by the customer.  During certain times, we may send promotional codes for free or discounted shipping.  Please sign up for our emails so you don't miss out.

 

Where does the product come from?

Our product is sourced from various sources. Our gently used product is from local London mums.  Some of the items have been washed but never worn or still have the tags on!  The most common reason we receive items will tags on is because the items were gifts, didn't fit or were not seasonably appropriate for their child.  The Hippy Dippy Baby product line was developed for this community and is all new.

 

How do I tell what items are new or gently used?

Each product will have a description which will indicate if it is new or gently used.  If the item is used, there will be detail given if there are any signs of wear.  We will not sell or accept any items that have major stains, rips, or tears.  

 

How do I sell my gently worn and unused baby clothes to HDB?

We are thrilled you want to sell to us.  Begin by filling out the contact us form.  To expedite your process, please include a description of the items you would like to sell to us including size, color, brand, and condition.  Email photos to info@hippydippybaby.com.  At the moment we are only accepting items from United Kingdom.  Once we have reviewed your submission we will follow up with you with next steps.
